costs associated with promotional items and how we work it all out.

working on programs to give money back to our promoters.

Items
to sell and give to players:
Rules, Wraps, Parts, FoosLube even tables...
Promoters get discounted prices because they
resell the products to their players or because they give them away as
promo items. We will not sell discounted materials to the public as
this would be a breach of trust with other retailers. All of our
promoters sign contracts before they are authorized to purchase materials
at discounts. The prices you see here are our prices in many
cases. We do not try to make 'profit' on our promoters.

Promoter price: We
try to price everything to the promoters so you can sell it for $1.
We give better prices to higher tier promoters. We do not price
better for quantity purchases, it's based on your promotion level.
If you are good to foosball, we will be good to you!
Re-sale price: We need to
not undercut each other. We will sell all these product on the
internet for the Re-sale price, you need to be near that.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping: We charge actual shipping charges. If you need it
overnight, you pay extra. If you just need it in a week, we charge
what ever we are charged. Often you will be charged to much or to
little for shipping, then you will get a credit for the amount less or
more it actually was!
Handling: The person who packs and ships your order gets paid
$.50/min they work on your order. That works out to about $4 an
order. So get a couple buckets and it will make the cost nominal!
Rebates and Credits:
We are not trying to make money off our promoters. If we ever
calculate that we have overcharged someone (we will never undercharge,
duh!) we will issue a credit. Feel free to email the promote
team staff if you think something is wrong. We make mistakes but we
are on your side and will always make things right. At the end of
the quarter we always look at the promoter money, if we have extra, we
give it back. We do not want your money, foosball.com profits about
10% on promoters. This money goes to web hosting and phones and all
the stuff we need to run the shop. Again, you can always contact us
if you have questions. Our books are open, we are not Enron or
something!

Management items:
Charts, big charts, laminated charts, signup sheets, payout charts,
randomizesers (make DYP's very easy to draw up), parts for your tables,
rules, bulk fooslube, bulk wraps...

Foosball.com thinks Trophies and Plaques are wasted money for the semipro and above levels of play. All of these levels of players have plenty of awards. We recommend you save the money for prize money and buy champion shirts and jackets. People seem to love jackets and shirts with their title on them. Even small events like a $500 Bubbas Revenge Open Doubles Champion tee shirt would be better for a player than a trophy. And a trophy will cost more than $20 where a shirt is $10 or less and they can wear it day after day. |
